2024 Review Finds MBSR Enhances Coping and Improves Emotions in Breast Cancer Patients

Studies continue to support the use of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for breast cancer patients. I am always interested in the variations of Mindfulness Based Interventions (MBIs) in research. In this review I found three surprising errors in the descriptions of variations on MBSR in the tabular presentation of the details of the RCTs included in this review (I presume this occurred in translation into English). I retrieved the three RCTs referenced and I clarify the errors in this blog. Otherwise, a great study!
