Mindfulness (MBSR, Beginner’s Mindfulness) is not a medical treatment and is not specific for any particular medical illness or mental health problem. Mindfulness (MBSR, Beginner’s Mindfulness) is effective at supporting physical and mental health. Research has established benefits for many medical and mental health problems.
