Mindfulness Essentials in Three One Hour classes.  Course developed by the world famous Oxford Mindfulness Center (UK).   Live In-Person Class in Adams NY 13606 at the Adams Free Library.

Session A: Saturdays: Nov. 2, 9, 16 from 11:00-12:00 pm
Session B: Wednesdays: Nov. 6, 13, 20 from 6:00 -7:00 pm

The Definitive Eight-Week course: The standard for over 40 years – Introduced in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Taking Online Courses with the Zoom app

Classes are delivered using the Zoom video-conferencing app. Any recent model laptop or desktop computer should be adequate. A space where you will be free from distractions (family, children, noise) is important.

Please do not plan to use a smartphone, tablet, or Chromebook, as these devices either don’t have a large enough screen or lack some Zoom operating controls).

The space should be lighted well and please don’t sit with a bright light source behind you, such as a window. Dress as you would for an in-person class.
