Will Mindfulness Help Me?

What does scientific research tell us?

Mindfulness (MBSR, Beginner’s Mindfulness) is not a medical treatment and is not specific for any particular medical illness or mental health problem. Mindfulness (MBSR, Beginner’s Mindfulness) is effective at supporting physical and mental health. Research has established benefits for many medical and mental health problems.

If you are experiencing any medical or mental health problems you should seek treatment by a qualified medical or mental health professional.
